Can you tell us about the "new BOD" you want to vote for? Do they have experience in the oil business? They announced that they elected themselves as officers too so shouldn't we consider that when voting? If Lanza's 80 million shares are invalid won't the LOI with Summit and joint venture company be invalid as well?
