Spunky- Great Post!! This is exactly what is happening and might happen. Please everyone-Lanza will have all these new shares and by voting him in will make them legal and were not talking just a few shares but millions which will cut your shares in half!! Vote for the new BOD as they have great lawyers that are looking out for the shareholders(US).
