Cole don't be obtuse. The word "fundamental" when applied to a company means Profit and Loss. When you state revenue that is a hard and fast number, not a possibility. So disagree all you chose. When the final bell rings we will all have a view of what was important to the SEC. However if you have follwed their other decisions (and I'm relative sure your have observed a few)they seem fixated on "fundamental" issues.
