Actually nerd86 I disagree with you completely...

when you say...

"Cole all those could have beens did not create a fundamental."

I think they are the "fundamental" reason this company is in the state it is in. I think the fact that the company failed on every significant thing they told investors they were going to do for "years" is the exact reason for these "fundamentals"

Debtors are having to keep the company alive "month to month",

The company has "no" defined source of funding,

The company has ruined or strained relationships with vendors,

The company has a horrible reputation in the markets,

The company has received a Wells Notice from the SEC,

The company is "still" under SEC investigation,

The company has and is facing evictions, lawsuits, judgements etc...

The company is down to only seven employees,

and of course this "fundamental"...

etc... etc... etc... etc... etc... etc... etc... etc...

nerd86, do you really believe that by failing to do all the things they "said" they were didn't create the "fundamental" situation they are in today?

I think it's the "fundamental" reason, for all the "fundamentals" surrounding the company today...

I'm really surprised you don't see it!

imho
