Why would he have done that? He had it before BCS and since he did not have controlling interest it would make no sense to assign it to BCS.
Besides, if there was an assignment of rights I'm sure it would have come up by now.
That would be a contract breach and a law suit would have been filed rather than an injunction.
Also, he was not an employee, he was a partner...big difference.
