the russain deal had nothing to do with 2004....nor does the money it raised in sept 2006......i could go on....but its not important.....u see what u want to see.....like i said i was very happy with the 10K.....just would have liked to have seen a little more detail in the lawsuit dept.....i clearly did NOT expect to get it.....its just that they cleaned up some of the stuff brought up by joe.....thought they might have been a little more forth coming on the lawsiuts....not that they had to.....and i can wait....it boils down to this.....the more info i have....the better i can value the company......the reason i didn't buy or sell when it dipped huge on the wells.....is simply cuz i really didn't know what i was buying or selling...it was total guess work......now i got a pretty good idea.....but once i get all the info.....like liabilites(including the lawsiuts)......cash flow........what if anything is coming from magic money......well then i can get put a real value on the company without having to guess......then i can invest accordingly.
