Not true. Everything released in that 10K had some foundation based upon what happened in 2004 or prior.
Even the subsequent BOD appointments were all intertwined.
One of the purposes of being so HEAVY on the detail for the 2004 restatement, was to make the subsequent restatements that much easier to do.
Time wise.
The 2005 takes less time to reaudit, the 2006 even less so, the 2007's should be a snap...all fiscal management.
It's why the 2004 took so long.
Another issue is, Dohan, with Weinberg's help is redoing the 2005 as I type this. AND, if I read this 2004 correctly, they get a whopping 10K for doing it. It clearly is not at the top of their pile.
Annoying.
