agree.....can't complain about the info that was in the 10K.....but there was alot of stuff in subsequent events that had nothing to do with 2004 either.....but i guess since they weren't # related they went ahead and released it....i really didn't expect to find that info in there......but there was alot more info than i thought was gonna be in there....i don't know i kinda felt like.....well GTEM u went this far.....why NOT just come out with the rest of it.....but then again.....its kinda like i said before.....in the grand scheme of things that stuff is just NOT marterial......even one mil in debt collections is NOT a big deal......10 mil shares at current price is 1.5 mil....thats more than enough......and thats still under 10% of the company......i mean like i said i expect dilution......i just don't massive dilution.....like over 50% or above......it does happen....and before i put more money into it i wanted to make sure that wasn't going to happen......still might.....just don't think the odds are very good that it will......cuz u see if i go with that 170 mil est of mine.....will now i got a value.....15 cent times 170 =25.5 mil.......now i think thats a little cheap given the JV......but thats clearly not a given.......if i knew all this stuff for facts i would be investing in GTEM quite heavily......but i don't its alot of assumptions.....thus alot of risk.....thus i play it say for now.....and gamble several K on it.
