I agree with CTHD on doing the RS later when things have solidified, and the company is proving it can do what the owners and mangement has said.
Investors will wait to see that the stores are opening on schedule, and that will take a little time, but this is not a sprint now. It should be more like a distance race with proper business strategy being employed in order to be a winner.
