THOUGHTS FOR ECFL LAWYERS ON R/S DECISION:
Also due to the past of ECFL it is not a good time for a RS, another company maybe could get away with it "for good of company" but not ECFL. If we got a RS now there would be BASHERS GALORE (people who shorted this like MM's) and it would cause panic because the Bashers would say that "Dez is dumping his shares" and going to the Bahamas". When people see the price dropping fast they may belive that and we have panic and the price tanks. So the RS would not accomplish a higher price but only reduce the share number. People LIKE having what they paid for - thousands or millions of shares - they are happy - why take that from them now. Dez's lawyers also have to consider these things in any RS decision. They could announce "goals" for a RS such as when they have accomplished enough to move to a higher exchange - and that is the only goal that would guarantee that investors will forget about HARM from a RS because it will happen when something GREAT is happening. No other goal does that.
And to reapeat my previous concerns - so they can all be in one post:

The SEC will NOT like a RS and cause harm to relationship.
A RS will send up RED FLAGS all over investing community.
Pinksheets.com may give ECFL a SKULL and CROSS BONES SYMBOL which is far worse than the current STOP SIGN - it will be a POISON SYMBOL that many new invetors will see. I base this upon the fact that PRMO did a paid stock promotion and that immediately caused PRMO to get the POISON SKULL SYMBOL.

I think that a RS upon uplisting to a higher exchange (OTCBB) in the FUTURE is a FANTASTIC MOVE that will help us a lot. I cannot see a RS helping us now.

(This is all my humble opinions and I could be wrong)
I doubt we will get a RS now - I only want the lawyers to take these things into consideration in thier evaluation and make adjustments for them if needed)
