I think Fan SHOULD have shown up at the hearing, but I still don't think it would have changed anything. I don't think Olsen is off the hook, but it looks like Firestone has gained control of QTN thru the courts in Texas, so they are the ones who are at the wheel now, at least as far as recovery of $. I haven't found the court filling and decission, so I'm not sure where it leaves employees. I find it hard to believe that Firestone gets their money before the Ca. Labor Board's judgememt is satisfied, but I'm not spending the money yet.
Unless someone smarter than I am can find the Texas ruling, I guess we just have to wait and see.
I'm afraid that Olsen will get away with it, because I'm not sure what laws he broke, other than labor laws, and I dont' know who has the "right" to go after him, at this point.
