I’m a little perplexed why you wouldn’t be furious towards Fan & Company who failed to appear at the California Labor Board hearing, resulting in a default judgment?
For people that claim to be so concerned for the unpaid employees they failed miserable so why should I believe anything that Fan has to say concerning what he did or didn't do for shareholders. In my opinion not discussing some of these discrepancies and the odd coincidences like ex QTN employees and the CEO being involved in this new company would be a mistake. Especially since some of them befriended a few of us here and on the Angles board.
