Since there is a default judgement, I don't see what difference it makes if they were there on not. I have to guess that they knew what would happen, so there was little point in showing up. I can't understand why Frank Olsen DID show up. QTN seems to have no assets, so the judgement hasn't helped, either.
The bottom line is, there seems to be no money to pay anyone. Until there is, that horse is dead. I thought they might get a buck or 2 from Short Bus............maybe they still will. I WOULD like to know the order in which creditors and past employees will be paid. If employees are not first, then we'll never see dime one, in my opinion.
As far as discussions, I see no reason not to have them.
