I just don't see any way for Fan to make money back unless the stock has value. That helps all stock holders. I'm VERY unclear as to who is correct about WHY some people can sell and others can't, but it sure is trading.
I dont' think ANYONE should be given "a pass", but not sure what can be done other than waiting, at this point.
