the malstrom going around in everyone's mind in fearsome
indeed, what i'm saying is that investors need to shift their
loyalty accordingly...no one seems to understand that the
patent w/o a product can be valued down to only a few
10's of millions of dollars, if carlos is inept and diac is
not, imho then JW is right and shareholders need to get behind
diac, in that way he can get turinni, valentii, and sharma
behind diac, diac will get all of carlos's shares and then
it will be in his best interest to turn over the patent to
the company as it is now, nothing will have changed same
share structure, same patent same everything but diac will
replace carlos mendoza, very frankly imho im starting to think
that it could be best for the company

imho i cant help but wonder if diac realizes what is best
for the company over carlos
