If Daic gets the patent, we have Calypso without the patent - ie; nothing. Your assumption that Daic, were he to win, would waltz into clyw and "take over" is insane. His lawsuit is no longer about shares, it is about the money he lost by not being able to sell the alleged mystery shares @ $6.00/share. Were he to win, he will be a judgement creditor, force a turnover of the patent (Unless we could come up with $117M)and we as shareholders are OUT!.

Why would Daic elect to keep us around diluting his interest?

The fact is that Daic has been compensated his 200,000 shares and has sold them at profit by his own admission for his "work". Daic is claiming additional shares for obtaining the patent for clyw, which he alleges he did by using his "influence" over the patent office. And of course, there is no signed Agreement to that effect. What a crock.
