I believe it's up to the PC OEM to provide the TPM drivers including the TSS. If you buy ETS from Wave you will still need for your PC OEM to provide the TSS. Gateway technical support should be able to direct you to the TSS download for your machine. In fact I would have thought if you no longer have the Gateway ETS CD that came with your machine, then Gateway would provide you with a free download of the Gateway ETS, including of course the TSS. I think on the current versions, Gateway ETS is pre-installed on the machine along with the TPM drivers, but ICBW.

It sounds like a different Gateway tech support person than the one you spoke with, may be able to help you. I don't know if this Gateway page will help...you will still need the drivers including the TSS. The PC OEM provides the TPM, so they are expected to provide the TPM drivers including the TSS! That is not Wave's area...for example Lenovo has their own TSS.
