Because Joe Montoresso published they had got one yesterday, on the 11th.
So it was outed and too keep silent longer would have been concealment of the facts, deceit and fraud.
You know the guy whom many on this board has been denigrating so much!

Michael Sands the other guy who has been trashed could have given you the name of the guy at the SEC who might have given you a heads up 2 weeks ago.
So many dreams trashed - shame.
