Brent Mitchell at the SEC would have at the minimum, lost his job had he given anybody a heads up.

actually no he didn't......this is the company....this is NOT individual stuff....this is like anderson....and thats a pretty big list......i have no idea if GTEM can win or not.....and i have no idea if this puts a halt to them raising money or not.....i would guess its innocent until proven guilty but the sec does have a duty to protect share holders so they could halt trading.......well i would sell but its pretty much worthless at this point......not much dif between here and zero....well atleast not dollar wise......was hoping to buy here.....but NOT on that news.....i would understand if it was a couple things......but that list is huge.....oh well i guess the good news is atleast the CEO is a lawyer....GTEM gonna need one.LOL.....honestly i have no idea who is buying.....really if u short this is the one where u never cover and never pay taxes.....i'm guessing its just traders......wonder if joe is gonna continue to kick the dead horse......cuz at this point.....it looks pretty dead to me.
