Your thoughts do hold merit although you post with a disgruntle flavor to them. I do think that CBAY has not lost all Assets and will be rewarding shareholders at these levels.
If many of us would have bought back when you did, many probably would be posting with the same style of bitterness. Your thoughts are appreciated as they make one see the glass as being half empty versus half full. The good, the bad, and the ugly should be considered by all stocks until confirmation is released to confirm otherwise.
