Heritage Capital Credit Corporation Announces Annual Shareholders Meeting

WILMINGTON, Del., Sept. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Heritage Capital Credit Corporation (Pink Sheets: HCPC) announced that its Annual Meeting of the Shareholders is scheduled for Thursday, October 18, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time, at the Hotel du Pont, 11th and Market Streets, Wilmington, Delaware, 19801, to consider and act upon the following proposals:

1. To confirm the election of three (3) Directors, namely James M. Cloud,
Prashant J. Patel, and Gwendolyn C. Johnson, to serve until the next
Annual Meeting of the Shareholders and thereafter until their
