Firstly, it is a real corp domicliled in Georgia
http://corp.sos.state.ga.us/corp/soskb/Corp.asp?1361342 but only created on 9/6/2007. It needs some documents filed to be in good standing, but my guess is that it's already served it's purpose.
IMO, this corporation was never intended to be an operating company, but to just be a potential partner for the 8-K deal http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1142526/000114252607000016/form8k092307.htm which looks to have been just a diversionary tactic to perhaps incite more naked shorting.
IMO, Lenox never was, and never was intended to be an operating company.
