Sorry I appreciate the effort you have put in to track down this information and my fault is with the company not you. But according to your post of your conversation with the PR firm,

They may state that they have that intention, but their action definitely state otherwise. A PR stating their business plan, giving information on the major investors and an explanation of happen with TQWI assetts would not endanger any merger talks. How will they become a reporting company when they do not have the decency to tell their "owners" what they are doing.

--This is a major Jewish holiday weekend, so what the previous 2-3 weeks were not holidays unless the new management believes every day is a holiday.

You have alluded to the merger candidate as GEMZ Corporation. I hope not. The last thing we need is to try to support another firm with no assests and no game plan and no leadership.
