Absolutely fair points kookiekook :)

Many companies here will tout a their intentions to become fully reporting and uplist. So having them say this means little more to me than any other company. However, I think the liklihood for it to occur is increased given the history of companies associated with all the names we have seen involved here.

The PR disaster seems to me to be mostly attributable to the lingering affects of the inter-management turmoil. It is significant to me that mgmt has shifted 4 times since June. There's a little "helter-skelter" going on :0

Glad you brought up GEMZ. This is one of the reasons I don't like M&A companies. There were only 2 companies I could find with Blaise's name associated with them. The other he was hired and let go within a weeks timeframe so I can't say it would be helpful to look at. But the GEMZ is current (business plan as of early 2006) and fits the PR phrase that struck me as "funny they would share that detail" : "... the holding company concept of identifying going concern private companies that are committed to achieving public trading status ... "

Not a fan of this selection or any "going concerns" as they more times than not crank up the share press the moment they take over. To be fair, Troy Lowman did throw out the idea that companies may already be revenue generating (actually used a the figure of $30 mill year in a hypothetical), The data at this point sadly doesn't support that side of the scale.

Good conversation to have. We need to see things from all sides. And the more data we can prove/verify, the better our chance of guessing correctly as to how long to hold onto and/or trade DVFA stock.
