Just got off the phone with Troy Lowman of MJL Holdings (PR for DVFA).

--He saw what happened with the additional shares dumped into the market. He wasn't pleased with it as well (expletives deleted). Suspects it may have been a previous 504.

--He understands that the PR didn't provide as much information as we would have liked to see. The company has a business plan and will go after single or multiple companies to r/m and/or spin-off. They are working hard to push through issues and provide an LOI as soon as practical (possibly a few weeks). Still working with the intent to become a full reporter (SEC filer).

--This is a major Jewish holiday weekend, so there wasn't/isn't much more he can/could do until Monday. He expects a stepped-up promotional cycle starting then.

--As far as Blaise Mazzoni. He is the CFO and is a great choice to perform the function. He has a lot of experience with this type of business. He wasn't named CEO partially due to holding the spot for an r/m candidate's mgmt team to take over.

My thoughts: I could sense he was frustrated with the day (just by the greeting lol). I mentioned the biggest thing that's got us turned off with the company now is the surprise dump and not the lack of substance to the PR. I mentioned that our concerns will continue to be dilution and it's making the stock less attractive regardless of "potential." I at least think he was honest in his reply that suggested the company may need to do things to restructure debt. However, given that, dilution becomes the main issue in my book.

Further research on Blaise Mazzoni:
