The question earlier was whether or not Amitelo was in fact an operating company, and how that relationship with PHBR would manifest.

It seems according to British Telecom that Amitelo is a real company. Amitelo AG has real projects in Columbia http://www.dgap.de/dgap/static/News/?newsType=&newsID=63969

It remains to be corroborated by Amitelo AG and Columbia that PhoneBrasil is legitimate and part of the joint venture.

With that confirmation perhaps some of the silliness on this board will cease. It's doubtful though, since most here have already patted themselves on their backs for "uncovering another scam" and are too invested in PHBR not being legitimate.
