The majority shareholder in the company is none other than Khaled Akid the CEO of the former ALOC company the SEC revoked it's trading privileges in 2005. Shareholders were left high and dry after sending their shares/info to Khaled for conversion to the Swiss company shares.

But that is no problem?

How many legs does a dog have if you call the tail a leg? Four; calling a tail a leg doesn't make it a leg.
