If they gave the shares, not sold them, to Paul, et al. retained a bunch for themselves too. Get out of the way and let Paul do his thing, everyone makes money. Dan didn't have the ability to move this stock, so let Paul do it and still make quite a lot. We'll see. Just a theory.
