I am all about your theory. But why would Dan sell his shares? And at what PPS would he sell his shares? That is what I am trying to decide. Afterall, Dan and Ian both own ALOT of shares of SYNS, so maybe they retained some SMMW shares? But the big question is WHO owns Majority Interest of SMMW? Because ONLY they can authorize a r/s IF that is the case! And now that Dan and Ian are NOT on the BoD. I am not sure what to think?
