well its very easy to take care of what you are talking about. One credible and good news of significance will take care of the problem you are talking about. What you are talking about is applicabe if the company fails to deliver then with or without death spiral the company will go down.

So if Jr ( I am going to start calling him junior now) can deliver for the share-holders I would not be worried about what you are suggesting that is if the junior can deliver.
