Death Spiral Financing...
the way I see it...it's a simple
process with lots of versions.
BASICALLY, the management courts
acredited investors with warrant
issues that insure them a steady
HIGH intrest return on their debt
AND it protects them from R/S
with their warrant positions.
THEN they court the poor slobs
like US with claims that the company
has some GREAT PRODUCT which it,
MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE, that will
make us ALL RICH.
HEY...I'm NEW here but didn't this
management team just R/S after promising
a BIG DIVI ?
They get in over their head, they R/S
leaving us in the ditch and move on
through another BILLION shares...only
to R/S again...OR to s-8 and give
themselves ANOTHER BILLION or so shares
to play with...EITHER WAY...the MM's
see what is happening and the start to
Naked short this position cause they
KNOW that they have the power to hold
down the share price cause all the
company has to keep that price up is
PROMISES of FURTRE EARNINGS...sOme time
in the FUTURE.
It's NOT a case of management theft...
I really don't think alot of the managers
out there have a clue to the effects of
Nshorting...NOT that they SHOULDN"T.
I'm just saying that they are often
victimised just as bad as the shareholder.
I'm ALSO NOT SAYING that this is definately
happening here but with the RULE 3210
violation and a recent R/S and some
other company as an "investement partner"
all the handwritting is on the wall.

PS...I'm REALLY SORRY if I'm asking questions
that BOTHER people that are so sold on this
stock that the can no longer be objective...
BUT...
THIS IS A PINK SHEET STOCK !!!!
They many NOT be all the same...but how do
you KNOW that THIS is the ONE IN A BILLION
that dosent' end up like all the rest...
whether your "product" ever gets to market
makes little difference if you are shorted
RIGHT out of you position from DAY ONE !!!
ONE R/S will ruin YEARS OF PRAYER !!!
