nerd86, Amen to that as a soultion. My only grip is why hasn't GTEM management gotten with the Peralta's and worked to get such a JV management change? It's been several months now and no movement. Surely the Peralta's get the picture, or do they for some reason want GTEM BK? In addition, why is it always GTEM in the weak position on these deals, why does management continually put the company in such situations? That smacks of poor management IMO, and it's been ongoing, over and over again, for years!
