ken w consider we have Joe Monterosso and Peter Khoury as representatives on the NMC board. One of them wants the company in BK. The only solution would be Carlos Peralta reorganizing the management and the Board of NMC. This is a killer project that does not need someone trying to place the company into involuntary BK in the middle of it.
