To be totally honest about it...
I look at companies that trade at this
level as PURELY a TRADE. I learned a
LONG time ago, to INVEST in ANY company
listed on these bloody pink sheet stocks
is PURE FOLLY...at BEST.
I've had my heart ripped out to many times.
Come to think of it...has ANY company
EVER made it OFF these pink sheet boards ?
What I MEAN is, withOUT totally screwing
over the investors that had faith in them
to begin with ? If they don't go down to
the THEIVING SEC supported nekid short
sellers they get burned by the death
spiral financing that they almost HAVE
to employ to survive at this level.
S-8 to R/S to S-8 again and again until
the "INVESTOR" is nothing more than
the soil they have to scrap off of
thier shoes before climbing the ladder
of success.
I REALLY HOPE that EVERYONE HERE has
known that GOING IN ????
We are nothing short of FODDER for
their needs and take a back burrner
to CORN in their assignment of importance.
IF YOU REALLY WANT TO PROTECT YOURSELF
when trading pink sheet stocks...think
of yourself as the MANURER when it's
layin on the farmers barn floor. SURE,
evenentually you will be PATIALLY
responsible for the lushish fruits and
vegies that come out of the garden, but
your value is forgot not long after it's
shoveled up off the floor and tossed onto
the compost heap with all the other refuse
needed to build up that garden to begin
with.
Take you profits RELENTLESSLY and OFTEN.
Otherwise your portfolio is going to look
like a compost heap as sure as the cow
must...well, you get the point by NOW...

PS...and just on the OUTSIDE chance that
you want my opinion about what kind of
TRADE I think this is...I see absolutly
NOTHING technical to indicate that there
will be ANY change in the current down
trend in the near future. I only considered
a small and token investment here because
it is getting far enough along in the
process now that a news generated pop is
possible at any moment, having the stock
in my portfolio keeps my eye on it much
closer than to let it get burried in one
of my DOZENS of watch list.
You CAN NOT eat potential though...if this
thing continues to move down, as I suspect
it will, I will NOT continue to price
average on the way down HERE, especially.
Averaging down works FINE for REAL companies
with TRACK records and simi predictable
price channels, but to risk more than
fun money on a pink sheet stock is to
invite heart ache of the worst kind.
