NWOG (private) which is registered in St. Peterburg RF is registered as member no. 68 of the RF chamber of commerce.

NWOG (public) which owns Saratov oil business is registered in the US Florida. Of course NWOG (private) owns 59 + xx %? of NWOG (public).

Still not convinced that this Chamber of commerce thing is such a big point - when looking who are the other 67 members - there is plenty of huge international acting russian companies (with state participation-ownership) missing on this list.
So to me it helps to be a member - but its not a guarantee for business.
