This is true, it's CJSC NWOG, private Russian company, that is a member of the chamber of commerce. But all ME contracts are negotiated by the same "private" parent and "public American" NWOG Inc will be assigned "operator functions" later, when the deals are signed. At least, that's how they described the process in earlier PRs. The membership costs them about $2,500 per year. Probably a good investment. :)
