followingte I'm not sure what one would have to pay a CPA when a restatement is required. The CPA audited the financials and stated that to the best of their knowledge there were no material errors in the financials. It turns out there were material errors. If there wasn't an illegal act that kept them from finding the material error, we have a company, Dothan, that has a credibility problem at best. How much do you suppose they are going to make GlobeTel pay for this?
