Pokestake I think you hit the nail on the head . Dohan notified Globetel many times of material weaknesses in internal control and operations. Globetel went to Dohen to get all the help they can and ask them to sign off.
What would happen if modifications were done to the financials and Dohan refused to sign off?
Dohan most likely asked for the payment before any work is to be done.
Probably the reason it is taking so long.
