greg- My take on your take:

Granted, this is not technically based, but logically.

Wave has been around for a long time, as you know. They are theoretically still under an SEC investigation. Yet, firms like Vanguard are increasing their positions, and the stock is moving up on no news. Can you smell the accumulation? I can, and if Wave were as expendable as you seem to believe, I think the stock would be at 50 cents. JMO, and also, doma is right, if you believe your conclusion is correct, why hang out with us morons?
