knowles: LOL! I did indeed call CyberKey yesterday and identified myself honestly to Sally as a participant on this forum and gave my screen ID.

Did they answering the telephone? Yes.

Did they offer any clarification on the issue of the two distinct corporations remaning when they supposedly merged in 2003? Unfortunately, no.

"Stan" (whom I realized later was most likely Stanley Flinders) answered the telephone. I first asked if I was speaking to an answering service or the company. When he verified that it was the company, I told him that I had just realized that there were two Nevada corporations named Cyberkey that seem to have been involved with the publicly traded company and wondered if I could find out which was the correct corporation.

Instead of responding, I heard him explain to someone what I was calling about and a female voice said she'd take the call. The woman identified herself as Sally. I asked if she was Sally Flinders and she replied in the affirmative. She asked who I was and I told her that's when explained I participate on the investor's hub message boards as Cassandra and that although I never invested in the company, had become fascinated by the saga.

I mentioned that her name was familiar as I had seen that she is listed on the Nevada Secretary of State website as an officer of one of the two corporations and that there had been message board discussion about her officer status as a possible explanation as to why Cyberkey is listed as a "woman-owned" business on the DOD CCR database. She expressed surprise about the officer status and said that she is not an officer but only an employee and that employees have been instructed not to read any message boards about the company.

Being that she did not seem to know that she is listed as an officer of Cyberkey Solutions, I suggested that she google the Nevada Secretary of State website and review the record for herself.

Regarding the reason I called, she seemed to imply that she did not know of a second corporation and said that the stock she had been given said "CyberKey Solutions." She referred me to CyberKey's attorney, Glenn Weiner (See http://www.klehr.com/profiles/gweiner.htm ).

I called Glenn today and again honestly identified myself as a message board participant and revealed that I would be posting what I find. He was reluctant to say much but did verify that his client is "CyberKey Solutions."

It would seem that he is defending and therefore the SEC is suing Plant's original private corporation which now goes by that name.

In both cases the conversations were brief and, despite your implication, neither I nor the other party were at all hostile.

---------------

OK, even though it had nothing to do with the post to which you responded, I've answered your question in exhaustive detail.

However, you have not responded at all to my request that you verify or clarify your post to me in which you made a number of supposedly factual claims of which you imply direct knowledge.
