Really? Was it a public or private company? What did Jim's Thin Express company do? Got any links?

Are you claiming that Jim acquired the name CyberKey from some other company? Who owned this other CyberKey Company? Was it public or private? What did it do?

Was one company public and one company private? Which was which? Did they merge?

How did changing the name and ticker give it a "clean slate?"
