Yes. It was the first really really stupid move this management has made. Uli bit the hand that fed.

BUT, we did get one shipment out of him, did we not?

Without it, we wouldn't have those two communities in Mexico.

The good news is this.

The company has new OEM's on line. I'd be shocked if one of them was NOT in Mexico for labor and shipping cost reasons.

If the company is going after a $175,000 loan made to Uli in 2006, you can bet darn skippy GTEM has honored every penny due ULI under this current contract, as they did not off-set re-payments of that loan against his contract $45/mo. pay...or else GTEM would have a weak case here..for certain.

So this sorta blasts Vern's claim and Risk's to hell, that Uli never got his first $45K...doesn't it.

Additionally, and I don't think anyone picked up on this from Monday's release (reach of Hotzone units in distance shocks!), the JV does not need as many units as first thought to cover their entire Mexican rollout...significantly reducing the hardware order and service install pressure exponentially. (BTW. I was not left with the impression that the Hotzone has yet reached its effective distance...perhaps it is even longer than the 30 KM. announced).

Gee...cost of goods down, speed of coverage area up per square kilometer= Higher net profits per subscriber on initial subs.

Not a bad week of news so far.
