Dickmo.. I remember the context of Hank's post... and there is absolutely no way that his reference to "contract" or any agreement could have been to anything other than the $26M DHS contract.. After all, I don't think he would have made such a bold statement in retort to criticism had he simply been referring to the military.com partnership. In any event, I do hope the FBI and prosecutors deposed Mr. Zemla as he appears to at the very least have knowledge of some of the parties involved.

Actually, no, I don't remember that. In fact, I don't even remember anybody posting as such on the board.. which still would have been heresay..
It sure seems like alot of people are posting here on the board as if they knew EXACTLY what was going on and when it was going on within Cyberkey...as if they had intimate, first-hand knowledge.. yet when I go back through their posts, I find absolutely NO evidence of this knowledge.. or at least, they did not share it with the board.
I think we need to be careful about making statements, such as many of those contained within your post, as if they were/are fact.. unless there is corroboration.. Alot remains unproven and many seem to be twisting & mutating this story based on perceived knowledge obtained from other parties.. that's what I'm gathering behind the scenes.. and it's important to keep in mind that these "parties" may not necessarily be acting out of integrity & honesty.. but rather self-preservation.
