Actually, I believe Hank's post to be factual. Whether 'contract' is the right word or maybe agreement is a more descriptive term, my understanding is that Hank had something to do with the launching of the CyberKeys on the Military.com website. I do not know the specifics of what his role exactly was but my understanding is that he had some involvement in helping CyberKey to enter this marketplace.
I assume you remember JP's anger when it looked like someone else was sharing in some of the glory. I found that unusually amusing. As it turns out, the military.com arrangement may have been the most profitable, if not the only profitable deal that CyberKey ever entered in to. JP's control freak nature really came out on that one. Yeah, Hank shouldn't have said anything about it. But it did prove a point. JP had his hand in everything. Nothing happened in that company that he wasn't personally responsible for and fully informed about. And that includes the fraudulent DHS contract, the not received payments, and the potentialy 100's of millions of shares issued improperly.
Again, in retrospect, it would have been better for everyone if nothing had been said. And in the future, I'm certain that he will be wiser. Mistakes were made. However, it is my understanding that JP paid for services rendered, and for no other reason.
