My understanding was that Hank had some involvement in the military.com arrangement. However, I will admit that on this matter, my source is second hand and may not be entirely accurate. That was my understanding. I am not aware of any story eluding to Hank's involvement in the DHS non-deal with the exception of what was reported on the video.
On the control freak issue, I am 100% certain of that. And if called upon, I will testify to that under oath. And yes, I have first hand knowledge of that. That is not hearsay. That is not conjecture. JP is textbook control freak.
As far as depositions are concerned, I think it would be safe to assume that if several people involved with the Investors Hub board were called, you can be sure that players as close to the situation as Hank were also spoken to by the Feds. They are not playing games. Had JP claimed to have a deal with some defense contractor, they might have looked at the situation a while longer before acting. But when one ignores formal cease orders from Uncle Sam, one is just too stupid to be allowed to continue running a business.
