ST. GEORGE, UT--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 28, 2007 -- Ideal Financial Solutions, Inc. (Other OTC:IFSL.PK - News) announced today the signing of an exclusive Real Estate contract with Pinecrest Homes, Inc. located in South Jordan, Utah for their Sunset Ridge development located in Hurricane, Utah.

Under the terms of the agreement, IFSL will provide to their clients an opportunity to purchase, on an exclusive basis, single family homes built by Pinecrest Homes in the Sunset Ridge Development. The total projected retail value of the project is estimated to be over $18 million.
