You are right.Im thinking of making Dflys 10 commandments for OTCs and number 1 will be no buying if VFIN is active on any play,ROBO I can handle and take advan of their cheapies when they bout done doing what they doing.Second being NOT PLAYING ANY OTCS BASED OUT OF CANADA!Most scams come from there unfortunately.Gotta figure out the other 8 but I will lol..
