Help Help: I went to download a file using Adobe and a note came up stating that I would have to download the newer version of Adobe 8.
Which I did. However when I went to install it, it wouldn't install, saying couldn't remove the older version so the newer version cannot be installed. Now nothing works. The latest message states:: error 1714 - the older version of adobe reader 8 cannot be removed, contact your technical support group.
Any help or suggestions out there. Any help appreciated.
