Like I said, it was just my opinion. However, I have lived here in L.A. for the last 35 years and have first hand knowledge of the better areas. Yes, the promenade is next to the 405 freeway, very visible. However, the restaurant will be on the opposite side, so there will be absolutely no way to see it from the freeway. Also, it is located off an offramp that only people who live in the area use. Besides the few office buildings that surround it, there is no reason for anyone to be in that area. It is not high traffic. Dont get me wrong, I want this thing to succeed just as much as the next guy (I have a considerable stake in it), but in my humble opinion, the money would have been better spent elsewhere. Since I am entitled to my opinion, I hope you'll leave it at that.
