Do you know how much it costs to open one at the Promenade?

If you don't, you can't possibly know whether it was a good idea or not. Maybe the other location you think is better costs 10 times to get in as the Promenade one for all you know?

Remember that Nolan is trying to prove that due to uWink's unique concept, similar to Dave & Busters or Chuck E. Cheese, subprime locations are ideal because often the prime locations additional profit go to the lease holder in the form of monthly rent and royalities. Therefore "Victoria Gardens" perhaps doesn't fit into Nolan's plan as well as the Promenade.

Sorry, dude, but I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that Nolan and his team of experts put a wee bit more thought into securing this location than strolling casually one holiday afternoon by himself in the mall like you did. :)
